Step 1: Submit an Application
To begin, fill out our Order Inquiry Application by providing the following details:
- Your name and contact information.
- Project details (dimensions, requirements, and specifications).
- Desired products (e.g., Stone Cladding Systems, Decorative Metal Panels, etc.).
- Delivery location and timeline.
Note:
A non-refundable processing fee of 50 KWD is required to start the inquiry process.
Step 2: Payment of Processing Fee
After submitting the application, you will receive instructions to pay the 59 KWD inquiry fee. This fee covers:
- Initial consultation and review of your requirements.
- Preparation of a detailed proposal and quote tailored to your project.
Step 3: Confirmation and Consultation
Once your payment is confirmed:
- Our team will review your application.
- You will receive a call or email to discuss your requirements in detail.
- We will provide recommendations and answer any queries about our products and services.
Step 4: Receive a Detailed Quote
After consultation, you will receive a comprehensive quote, including:
- Product details and customizations.
- Delivery timelines.
- Final pricing (excluding taxes or additional charges, if applicable).
Step 5: Place Your Order
To confirm your order:
- Approve the provided quote.
- Make the required advance payment as per the agreed terms.
- Receive an order confirmation with a tracking reference.
Step 6: Production and Delivery
- Your products will be manufactured and/or customized according to your specifications.
- Delivery will be scheduled as per the agreed timeline.
- Our team will keep you updated throughout the process.
